MISSION
The Division of Budget and Finance provides the financial and administrative infrastructure needed for the University of Wyoming to fulfill its core mission of teaching, research, and service. The division provides competent, responsive direct and advisory services to the entire university. These services are marked by accountability to the institution, resourcefulness, and stewardship of all university assets.

Budget & Institutional Planning
The Budget Office provides strategic and operational leadership in financial planning and analysis, supporting the university’s mission and initiatives through effective resource allocation in alignment with academic and administrative priorities.
Business Enterprises
Business Enterprises manages essential campus services that includes Housing, Dining, Catering, the University Store, Vending, and Copy & Print to deliver high-quality goods and positive experiences for the UW community.
Financial affairs
Financial Affairs oversees the University of Wyoming’s central financial operations. The department ensures compliance with financial policies and provides essential support to faculty and staff across campus.
Human Resources
Human Resources manages core functions for the University of Wyoming, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits, payroll, and professional development. The department supports campus workforce needs through responsive service and regulatory compliance.
