NON-BENEFITED DIRECT HIRE PROCESS

A candidate may be direct hired into any non-benefited position. To do so, follow the same process used to create a regular requisition, with the addition of specific direct hire information. You will need to include the direct hire’s name and email address in the Details section of the requisition.

Next Steps

Once reviewed and approved, an HR Employment & Staffing Partner will post the position to a private web site for the candidate to go and apply. Once the candidate applies, the department can initiate the formal written offer in the system, following appropriate steps.  The electronic offer will be reviewed for accuracy by HR Employment & Staffing Partners, and the offer submitted for approvals. Once approved, HR Employment & Staffing Partners will take care of the hire from that point.
