Non-Benefited & Student Job Titles

Non-benefited/student positions are not able to have the same working title as benefited positions, except in rare cases. Below is a list of potential titles to be used as a starting point:

 

  • Accompanist/Performer I
    • For beginning dance, choral theater productions, Wyoming Public Radio
  • Accompanist/Performer II
    • For advanced dance, choral theater productions, Wyoming Public Radio
  • Americorp/WC Corp
  • Archives/Museum Aide
    • Research, catalogue exhibits, archives, set up room for exhibits, mount and hang art work, some clerical
  • Assistant Crew Chief
  • Athletic Trainer Aide
  • Bus/Van Driver
  • Care Provider
    • Child care, nurse's aide
  • Clerk
    • Primarily run cash register bookstore, food service (Washakie, Union, etc.), comp center, arena, CJ's, art museum
  • Catering Staff
  • Clinic Director (Law School GA)
  • Computer Assistant
    • Assist in computer labs, operator, maintenance of computers, programming, CAD operator
  • Craft
    • Painter, Carpenter and other skilled trades

    • Vacuum, dust, mop, general cleaning

    • Dispense information, assist customers, minimal office/cashier Union, AHC, Half Acre, Corbett, Residence Halls

    • Take and sell tickets at University events, usher, security, park cars, chain gang for football games

    • Set-up at Union, mow lawns, tend flower beds, grounds at golf course, vehicle attendant, movers, unpack and hang exhibits, mail clerk, any labor type work
